The carnival is one of our biggest events. Although we would like to make a profit on this event - the primary purpose is to have fun!
Planning begins in the summer months with an organizational meeting to arrange for volunteers for each sub-committee. The attractions committee and donations committee need to plan ahead and contact the merchants to arrange for their services/donations.
